3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure gateways.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional charges may apply based on location.
- Shruti Glow reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or suspicious activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 24–72 hours.
- Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Shruti Glow.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video) to initiate a refund or exchange.
