Return & Refund Policy
At Shruti Glow, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade candles. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Proof is required (Unboxing video or clear photos).
Note: Since our candles are handcrafted, minor variations in color or scent are not considered defects.
2. Refund Process
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or lit candles.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Sale items (unless damaged on arrival).
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
