At Shruti Glow, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade candles. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Proof is required in the form of clear photos or an unboxing video.
Please note: Since our candles are handcrafted, minor variations in color, scent, or texture are not considered defects.
2. Conditions for Returning Items
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, labels, and freebies (if any) must be included.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, heat exposure, or improper storage are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Custom or personalized candle orders
- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive instructions on shipping the product back to us.
- After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (PAN card is not required).
5. Exchange Policy
If the product is in stock, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to availability and the condition of the returned item.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- In case of prepaid order cancellation, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shruti Glow. We aim to deliver your handmade candles safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, and shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
- Since our candles are handcrafted, processing may take slightly longer during high-demand seasons or festive periods.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Shruti Glow is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
- Orders with incorrect addresses, unreachable contact numbers, or unavailability of the customer may result in delays or return-to-origin (RTO).
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.
- Reshipping costs (if any) must be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product.
- We will replace or refund the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Shruti Glow ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
